1. Observe the operation first

For the ultrasonic welder that is not familiar with, it should also be familiar with the circuit principle and structural characteristics, and comply with the corresponding rules. Before disassembly, you must be fully familiar with the function, location, connection mode of each electrical component and the relationship with other surrounding equipment. If an assembly drawing is not available, it must be sketched and marked during disassembly.

2. First the outside, then the inside

The maintenance of ultrasonic equipment should be checked first for obvious maintenance history, ultrasonic welding conditions, ultrasonic mold temperature, service life, and then check the machine. Before disassembly, line up the surrounding fault factors and determine the fault in the machine before disassembly. Otherwise, blind disassembly may make the equipment repair worse and worse.

3, first mechanical, then electrical

You must troubleshoot the ultrasonic mold and then conduct an electrical inspection. When checking the circuit fault, the detection instrument should be used to find the fault location, confirm that there is no bad contact fault, and then targeted to check the operation of the line and machinery, ultrasonic maintenance, so as to avoid misjudgment.

4, First static, then dynamic

Determine the quality of buttons, contactors, relays and fuses of electrical equipment when the equipment is not powered on to determine the fault. Power test, listen to its sound, touch, measure parameters, judge the fault, repair.

5. Clean before maintenance

For electrical equipment with serious pollution, the buttons, wiring points and contacts should be cleaned first, and the external control keys should be checked for failure. Many faults are caused by dirt and conductive dust, which are usually removed after cleaning.

6. Power amplifier board in front of the equipment

In the whole ultrasonic equipment, the failure rate of the power amplification part of the ultrasonic welder is very high, so the overhaul of the power amplification part of the ultrasonic generator can often get twice the result with half the effort.

7. First general, then special

Due to the quality of assembly parts or the fault caused by the manufacturing process, ultrasonic maintenance generally accounts for about 50% of the common faults. The fault of ultrasonic equipment is mostly hard fault, easy to open the experiment, carefully and clearly check and eliminate the fault.

8. First outside, then inside

Do not replace damaged electrical parts in a hurry. Replace damaged electrical parts only after checking that the circuit of peripheral devices is normal.

9, First DC then AC

During maintenance, it is necessary to check the DC voltage first, and then check the dynamic operating point of the AC circuit. If it is the problem of the filter circuit, it will lead to the problem of the whole machine system. The DC power supply of ultrasonic welder is usually 300V, or +-160V partial voltage.

10. Fault first, debugging later

In some cases, the original replacement of all damage is good, but still not normal, it will check the debugging problems of the protection system, large current protection and frequency protection, ultrasonic maintenance single premise is that the FM inductor must be in the correct position, if it deviates from its normal position too far, in the debugging process may damage the amplifier board.
