The maintenance of ultrasonic equipment should be checked first for obvious maintenance history, ultrasonic welding conditions, ultrasonic mold temperature, service life, and then check the machine. Before disassembly, line up the surrounding fault factors and determine the fault in the machine before disassembly. Otherwise, blind disassembly may make the equipment repair worse and worse.
