Features:

(2) Compared with resistance welding, ultrasonic welding mold life is long, mold repair and replacement time is short, easy to realize automation.

(4) Compared with other pressure welding, ultrasonic welding requires less pressure, deformation is less than 10%, and the deformation of cold press welding parts is as high as 40%-90%.

(5) Ultrasonic welding does not need pretreatment and post-treatment of the welding surface like other welding.

(6) Ultrasonic welding helpless flux, metal filler, external heating and other external factors.

Advantage:

Disadvantages:
